Great location, only 15 mins walk to Bristol Temple Meads train station. Bed was big, and overall the room met expectations.
Everything is what i need and want.
-
The location is very central, near to the shopping and the bus station, with direct connections to the airport and the university. The restaurant serves good food (steaks).
There room was smelling like cigarette. The breakfast did not have any other option to bacon/sausage/bones (I would have preferred some cheese, ham and some fruits).
-
Hotel is clean, friendly and reasonably priced for a city hotel.
-
A very good localization, employers very pleasant and a room extremely clean
Lack of a fridge and a safe

Only stayed one night , but loved the colour schemes , the bathroom design , the comfortable beds , the great choice of tv channels , the security . i have nothing negative to say about my stay , everything was great with the added bonus of fantastic food without having to step out the door.

The peace and quiet I asked for was brilliant even in the middle of Bristol, they allocated me a room on the 15th floor! Fantastic didnt hear a thing! Also we had to stay on in Bristol for an extra night, which was quickly and efficiently dealt with no probs at all. Definately stay there again.

very near shopping centres friendly and helpful staff
-

The hotel's location is pretty good. Broadmead/Cabot Circus is just across the road. There's a nice Chinese restaurant/takeaway around the corner, literally a 60 second walk. The rooms are spotless and newly renovated. good selection of TV stations if you feel like staying in. Friendly staff also.

The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, Bedding was crisp and cosy. Bathroom very clean and efficient, loads of fluffy towels.
Felt the cost was a little high. Breakfast was OK.
-
The hotel was central easy to find and plenty of parking near by. Staff were helpful and pleasent. As most Premiers the rooms were clean and adequate for a short stay.
The Breakfast. Plates and food not hot.

We enjoyed are stay very much ,More parking on site would of been helpful but the staff were very informative as to where we could park instead. The staff were also very well informed with local information.

The bedroom was ok, clean and spacious. The hotel is quite close to the city center, although it's right off a big roundabout so the location isn't particularly beautiful.
The bathroom's pipes were clogged or something cause the water couldn't flow properly, so as a result when taking a shower all sorts of dirt was re-emerging from the hole. Awful. We checked in late, so when we realized about this we couldn't really ask for a different room.. moreover there's not a real hotel reception (check-in is computerized) so apart from the night security people it looked as if you couldn't talk to any hotel manager at that time.. The hotel has no parking lots on its own, there's a private one nearby (5 mins walk, through a couple of dark underpasses) that charges 11 pounds for 24 hours (the hotel will refund you 10% of it though).
